Came here for Saturday brunch after staying at the hotel in the same building. We got a reservation the night before, but I'm not sure we really needed one given the time of day we went in (8am). We were told the window/ spots with a view are first come- first serve. You cannot make a reservation with the hotel, you have to contact the restaurant directly. We were sat promptly after arriving with no wait, in a window spot with a stunning view. The chair was so comfortable, I wish I had one at home. The restaurant was very clean. Our waiter was super attentive and friendly. The drinks and coffee here were delightful. I was really impressed with both. I could honestly drink their coffee all day long. My husband got the biscuits and gravy-I tried some and it was delicious. I got the regular breakfast with bacon, all of which was cooked perfectly. I'm still thinking about their breakfast potatoes the next day. I can't wait to go back!

Wife and I came here for Valentine’s Day, and it was incredible. We got the pork Bolognese and the Tuscan sausage gnocchi and both were fantastic, but the gnocchi was out of this world. It’ll blow your mind. We also got the potion no.9 and whiskey cream soda cocktails and both were delicious. Ambience was really nice and service was fantastic.

Great food & drink, attentive staff, amazing views. We just celebrated our daughter’s graduation with some friends. Super impressed with how well the staff handled our event even though we were 24 people. Everything was spot on. Wine recommendations were excellent. We tried a Pinto from CA that was smooth and velvety. Followed that with a Sauvignon Blanc from Columbia Valley which was crisp and refreshing. One of our friends commented that the smoked old fashioned cocktail she got was among the best she has had. In food preparations, the beef carpaccio, meatballs, whipped ricotta were highlights in appetizers. Every one of the pasta dishes were excellent, with chewy al dente pasta coated in delicious sauces. Protein entree highlights were the steelhead served with creamy polenta and lamb chops (the accompanying jus was fantastic and needed to be mopped up with their marbled potato side). Fresh donut zeppoli vanished even with diners complaining that they were bursting at the gills. So fresh and delicious. Kudos! The other incredible part was the restaurant’s timing. We got there 8:30pm and got done around 11:30pm. We didn’t feel rushed at all through this time. A late night dining option is awesome to have in Tacoma (finally!).

Triple Threat: Great food, Great service, and Great View. We absolutely loved our dinner. We were celebrating a birthday and had a party of seven. Our server, Sabrina, was extremely professional and friendly. We were never without anything and we enjoyed her friendly interactions with our group. We ordered a lot of food and everything was delicious and the presentations were impressive. The VIEW makes it worth eating here even if the food and service was bad. Fortunately, the food and service are great. Also, the complementary valet is nice. We highly recommend Copper & Salt and Sabrina.

After spending 5 years abroad I’ve been disappointed recently by a lot of PNW restaurants but Copper & Salt is the exception. Top notch food, great views, wonderfully staff. Took my wife here for her birthday and was pleasantly impressed. Thank you so much!!’

The restaurant is situated within the hotel. It's essential to make a reservation, or you might face long wait times. I visited here with a friend of my mom's, and we received excellent service. The food was incredibly tasty, and the potatoes were perfectly cooked—crispy and delightful. We dined during brunch, and I would certainly love to experience their dinner menu. While I didn’t order any drinks, I noticed the bar was quite busy, and other guests seemed pleased with their beverages. I would say the atmosphere is very welcoming. The restrooms were impeccably clean. Overall, the service was outstanding, and our meals arrived warm and delicious. -stroller and kid friendly environment
